  • OUT OF BOUNDS (Rule 18.2)

    A ball is Out of Bounds if:

    1. Beyond all boundary hedges and fences bounding the course.
    2. Any area on the Nine Hole Course.
    3. Over the banks to the right of the 13th, 14th, 17th and 18th holes

  • STONES IN BUNKERS

    Stones in bunkers are loose impediments. Relief is available under Rule 15.1. If the ball moves as a result of moving the stone, the player gets a one stroke penalty and the ball must be replaced.

  • ABNORMAL COURSE CONDITIONS (INCLUDING IMMOVABLE OBSTRUCTIONS & GUR) (Rule 16)

    1. Relief may be obtained from tractor tracks and permanent manmade paths.
    2. Players may take relief when a ball LIES on any area where stones are protruding from the ground. A player may not take relief when only their stance is affected.
    3. Young trees identified by stakes or white tags are no play zones: If a player’s ball lies anywhere on the course other than in a penalty area and it lies on or touches such a tree or such a tree interferes with the player’s stance or area of intended swing, the ball MUST be lifted, without penalty and dropped within one club-length not nearer the hole. Rule 16.1f applies.
    4. All fixed sprinkler heads are immovable obstructions and relief without penalty is available under Rule 16.1b. In addition, if a ball lies in the general area and an immovable obstruction on or within two club-lengths of the putting green and within two club-lengths of the ball intervenes on the line of play between the ball and the hole, the player may take relief without penalty as follows: The ball must be lifted and dropped at the nearest point of complete relief to where the ball lay that a) is not nearer the hole, b) avoids intervention and c) is not in a penalty area or on a putting green. There is no relief under this Local Rule if the player chooses a line of play that is clearly unreasonable.

  • PUTTING GREEN – AERATION HOLES & OLD HOLE PLUGS

    If a player’s ball lies in or touches an aeration hole in the General Area the player may take relief under Rule 16.1b. Relief is available from old hole plugs on the green but NOT aeration holes (Rule 13).

    Safety Policy

    During poor visibility, only play a ball if you can see that the landing area is clear.
    Be aware of the dangers of lightning.

    LIABILITY

    The course does not accept liability for loss of property. Furthermore, please be aware that each player has a liability for safeguarding the surrounding property and other players and should any damage or injury occur as a result of an individual player’s negligence they will be
